Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to generate leads and increase brand visibility.2. Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential clients on social media platforms to identify and qualify leads.3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads through regular communication on social media.4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of lead generation efforts. Provide regular reports to management.5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.6. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a focus on social media lead generation. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.Compensation: Fixed monthly salary in the range of 18,000 - 22,000. Incentives based on the achievement of predefined growth targets.
