Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales , premium modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming inquiries.

Explain the company's products and services to potential clients.

Generate leads and identify customer requirements for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.

Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations, site visits, and ongoing inquiries.

Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.

Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.

Candidate Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Confident, polite, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Sales-oriented approach with good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Experience in telecalling, real estate, interior design, furniture, or home improvement will be an advantage.
