Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understanding their furniture and home decor needs and preferences.Showcasing Products: Present our diverse range of furniture and decor, emphasising their features, advantages, and suitability for customers spaces.Design Guidance: Provide design recommendations, layout options, and colour coordination that harmonise with selected furniture, ensuring optimal space utilisation.Sales Support: Working on deal closures by resolving any design or product-related inquiries and challenges presented by customers.Trend Insight: Maintain awareness of the latest interior design trends, incorporating this knowledge into customer interactions to provide modern solutions.Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales and post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Share insights for product portfolio or showroom presentation enhancements.Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback regarding product preferences, design needs, and overall showroom experience to facilitate ongoing improvement.Product Expertise: Continually enhance knowledge about our furniture, materials, care guidelines, and other pertinent product details to provide accurate information to customers.Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.Experience: 4+ years in interior design, furniture sales, or a similar role.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.Customer Focus: A genuine inclination to assist customers in finding solutions that cater to their needs.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and a robust understanding of space planning, colour coordination, and material selection.Sales Insight: Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively with various teams in a dynamic environment
