Understand machining processes including CNC Turning, CNC Milling, VMC/HMC, grinding, fabrication, bending, laser cutting, wire-cut EDM, etc. Evaluate secondary processes such as heat treatment, hardening, stress relieving, surface finishing, and other value-adding operations.Quality Management & Compliance Implement and maintain QA procedures, documentation, and reporting systems. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer standards. Maintain control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, and inspection documents. Support customer audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.Inspection & Testing Conduct incoming, inprocess, and final inspections Use precision measurement instruments such as height gauge, vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and dial indicators.
