key responsibilities:
1. social media strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
2. lead generation: actively engage with potential clients on social media platforms to identify and qualify leads.
3. relationship building: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads through regular communication on social media.
4. analytics and reporting: monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of lead generation efforts. provide regular reports to management.
5. market research: stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
6. customer engagement: respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.
qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• proven experience as a business development executive or similar role, with a focus on social media lead generation.
• in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including facebook, instagram, whatsapp, and telegram.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
compensation:
• fixed monthly salary in the range of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000.
• incentives based on the achievement of predefined growth targets.
