Fraud Alert

Dear Job Seekers

Greetings!

We value your trust and would like to assist you in your journey of job search.

We at PlacementIndia.Com are bridging the gap between recruiters and job seekers. It works as a platform for recruiters, consultants & companies to search right candidates for an opening. Here we would like to shed light on some important details, keeping which in mind you can prevent being a victim of fraudulent job offers.

Please note, PlacementIndia.Com doesn't work as a recruiter / recruitment partner / consultant / employer and doesn't guarantee any job / employment. We never charge any commission / money to schedule interviews / guaranteed placement.

We have been constantly trying to restrain such cases of fraud calls, sms and mails, through which money and personal details/bank details of job seekers are demanded in lieu of fake job offers. We would like our job seekers to stay alert and safe from such fraudulent offers. Please remember that reputed companies and consultants associated with such companies have agreements for hiring. They neither assure job offer without following their formal hiring procedure nor charge any money from candidates.

PlacementIndia.com would never send you such mails / sms / calls, assuring placement with any company or demanding money for any such commitment. PlacementIndia.com disclaims any accountability for such communication, irrespective of direct/indirect representation of PlacementIndia.Com (even if person claims, PlacementIndia.com as a source of contact details or to represent PlacementIndia.com).

You are requested to report such cases at feedback@placementindia.com.

Kindly know whether these mailers can be trusted or not by taking care of these points:

  1. Use Google, Yahoo or other search engines to search the company's website if it asks about your banking or other personal information
  2. They are fraud if they demand any type of payment for providing job opportunities; whether online or offline monetary charges
  3. It is a fraudulent company if it is offering you a strange and unfamiliar job
  4. If they do not have the company name as the domain name in the mail address. They are fraud and should not be trusted if they use free email providers like Gmail, Hotmail or Rediffmail etc.
  5. They are not real if they promise you a job without any interview process
  6. Do not trust them if they have already been reported by other candidates
  7. We do not have any partners, so know it's a scam if they say that they are partners with PlacementIndia.com

We strongly advocate that you should refrain from paying or giving into any demands of employers / consultants on the basis of their claims or promises of employment. Companies and consultants of repute always work amidst their own internal agreements where no fee is charged from the hired candidates. Highlighted below are some fraud cases that we have received in the recent times to keep you alert.

Case 1: supportplacementindia@live.com

Some fake agencies are contacting individuals by mail / phone introducing themselves as representatives of Placement India and state that only they are authorized to interact and provide placement to you and restricting you from interaction with others.
They use the email ID supportplacementindia@live.com but please note that our team would get in touch with you through an ID such as support@placementindia.com.
