We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking analyses, and advisory projects for multinational and regional clients across various industries. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in transfer pricing and international taxation while working closely with experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities- Prepare Local Files, Master Files, and Transfer Pricing Documentation in accordance with OECD Guidelines and local regulations.- Conduct functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analyses for related-party transactions.- Perform benchmarking studies using financial databases and publicly available information.- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements.- Support transfer pricing planning, advisory, and restructuring projects.- Analyze financial statements and business data to assess arm's length pricing.- Assist clients with transfer pricing compliance requirements and tax authority inquiries.- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.- Monitor developments in transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidance.- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality client service.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, Law, or a related field.- 0-3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, Audit, Finance, or related areas.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
