Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & SalesDevelop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Drive membership sales through lead conversion, client retention, and referral programs.Explore and execute corporate wellness programs, tie-ups, and collaborations.Lead Generation & Client AcquisitionGenerate new leads through digital platforms, cold calling, events, and partnerships.Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closure.Conduct client presentations, gym tours, and consultations.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates, and partners.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Work closely with trainers and nutritionists to provide holistic solutions to clients.Marketing & Brand DevelopmentCollaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotions, and events.Represent the gym at local events, exhibitions, and networking meets.Increase visibility of the brand through community outreach.Reporting & AnalysisTrack sales performance, lead conversion, and retention metrics.Provide regular reports to management on business development activities.Identify trends and suggest improvements to achieve higher efficiency.
