Responsibilities:Ensure that keys, materials, and required equipment are in good working condition and sufficient for the day's job.Provide technical support to helpers.Demonstrate expertise in working alone or with a team as required.Before starting a job, ensure the supervisor possesses the written permit for that specific job and area at that particular time; refusal to start the job is not allowed without proper authorization.Perform primary labelling. Conduct final labelling, either direct or indirect, with a suitable back sheet according to company guidelines and training provided by the supervisor.Tasks may include drilling, grouting, grinding, civil work, and other site/company-related activities as briefed by the supervisor or Project Engineer. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing tasks.Maintain general 5S, housekeeping, and cleanliness at the workstation and workplace during Execution.Ensure proper care of stairs, tools, tackles, and other company assets. Be prepared to work overtime or on Sundays as needed, with proper intimation from the supervisor.Ensure quality execution, focusing on level/stint, prevention of air bubbles, surface preparation, edge sealing, and aesthetics.Follow all the safety guidelines provided by the customer and Brigs, as briefed by the supervisor.Maintain a professional demeanour and good behaviour during duty hours. Achieve the daily targets set by the supervisor.Facilitate all required tools and tackles at the work area, including stairs and soap water.Acquire knowledge of different applications and decide on execution methods for increased effectiveness and accuracy, contributing to the pace of execution.Perform crucial tasks with strict adherence to safety requirements.Strictly follow the leadership of the supervisor; in case of problems or concerns, consult with a supervisorKey Performance Expectations and Behavioural Requirements:Avoid unplanned leave.Ensure timely arrival at the site.Prevent damage to tools and tackles due to negligence (memo issued by the supervisor).Avoid abusive behaviour, unwanted confrontation, and misconduct.Comply with document requirements: ID card, photo, visiting pass, work permit, gate pass, etc.Follow basic safety practices and manage PPE (helmet, shoes, etc.); loss of pay for the day for non-compliance.Use polite, respectful, and measured words when interacting with clientsEligibility: 10th + 12th + ITI (Civil, Mechanical, Fitter, Welder)
