Your primary job responsibilities will include: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Taking proper follow-ups. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Taking customer feedback and solving their issue by coordination with the concern department.
