Studying the details of services and remaining abreast of updates to these services. Obtaining and updating lists of customer's contact details. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services. Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to team lead for closing. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales. Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure closing Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-relatedexpectations. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others'dispositions.

Must be polite and pleasant in having telephonic conversationsMust be able to handle computersGood English written and spoken; most verbal/spoken communication will be in English, Kannada, Hindi & Tamil

CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE Routinely call customers to obtain their feedback regarding pre & post sales & service experiences. Register Dealer Sales / Service complaints from customers if any in guidance with CRM. Handle / Assist customers on basic Sales or Service issues under guidance of CRM (both dealer VOC & HYUNDAI VOC) Alerting CRM about potential HYUNDAI VOC. Understanding or analyzing probable ECDR cases through Post Sales or Service follow up. Reporting probable ECDR cases to CRM Register feedback & concerns collected by Sales & Service department in DELITE. Customer information collection through Web / media / blog related to sales, enquiry, service or product. Handle & resolve concern immediately in case of minor issues in sales or service.Contacting customers for Post sales & post service follow ups. VOC registration in case of dissatisfied customers. Updating & maintenance of CR reports. Analyze PSF call details & provide qualitative information to CRM & CRM Usage of DLITE tool for enquiry management, Appointment, MRS, PSFU Sales & Service. Register breakdown request in DELITE & assist the customer.

Build relationships with educators & students, understand their daily needs & figure out how we can help them best.Understand thoroughly teachers classroom style, preferences, batches and expectations.Communicate our vision with new parents & educators.Be the link between the educators and the Openhouse team in terms of how we can constantly keep improving ourselves.Ensure regular communication and be the bridge between the Education counsellors and the tutor. Manage demo time scheduling, communications, changes, link handling etcFollow necessary logistics for a demo class such as necessary steps- ensuring parent-student-teacher interaction, feedback form, storing recordings of demos etc.Keep all relevant trackers updated with respect to teacher schedule, batches, classes and student details etc Come up with interesting events for teachers and students in space and in the neighbourhood.You shall be the face of the company. Feel like you own the space, and confidently take on responsibilities and make decisions.
