• routinely call customers to obtain their feedback regarding pre & post sales & service experiences. register dealer sales / service complaints from customers if any in guidance with crm.
• handle / assist customers on basic sales or service issues under guidance of crm (both dealer voc & hyundai voc)
• alerting crm about potential hyundai voc.
• understanding or analyzing probable ecdr cases through post sales or service follow up.
• reporting probable ecdr cases to crm
• register feedback & concerns collected by sales & service department in delite.
• customer information collection through web / media / blog related to sales, enquiry, service or product.
• handle & resolve concern immediately in case of minor issues in sales or acting customers for post sales & post service follow ups.
• voc registration in case of dissatisfied customers.
• updating & maintenance of cr reports.
• analyze psf call details & provide qualitative information to crm & crm
• usage of dlite tool for enquiry management, appointment, mrs, psfu sales & service.
• register breakdown request in delite & assist the customer.
