Timely response to calls and emails, either addressing inquiries personally according to SOP or redirecting them to relevant departments. Handle all queries professionally, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain detailed records of visitors and calls while adhering to security protocols. Supervise office staff and oversee office systems to ensure smooth coordination of operations. Facilitate travel arrangements for C-suite and Executive-level staff from start to finish. Organize and streamline office processes, including payroll assistance, expense reporting, correspondence management, and HR support. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a conducive work environment for all employees.Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in time-management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong aptitude for office applications and willingness to learn new software and systems. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company information. Previous experience in managing budgets, expenses, and developing internal processes and filing systems is preferred.
