Role and responsibilities:
€¢ Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and guests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate offices or personnel.
€¢ Timely response to calls and emails, either addressing inquiries personally according to SOP or redirecting them to relevant departments.
€¢ Handle all queries professionally, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
€¢ Maintain detailed records of visitors and calls while adhering to security protocols.
€¢ Supervise office staff and oversee office systems to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
€¢ Facilitate travel arrangements for C-suite and Executive-level staff from start to finish.
€¢ Organize and streamline office processes, including payroll assistance, expense reporting, correspondence management, and HR support.
€¢ Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a conducive work environment for all employees.
Requirements:

€¢ Proficiency in time-management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
