We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM professional to enhance our customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.Role OverviewThe CRM role will be responsible for managing Qurists customer relationship platforms and strategies, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and data-backed experience for our customers across all touchpoints. This position will require a blend of analytical skills, marketing understanding, and customer-first thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & ManagementDevelop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement levels to deliver personalized communication.Manage automation workflows for onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and win-back campaigns.Customer Data ManagementMaintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.Track and analyze customer interactions to improve personalization and customer lifetime value (CLV).Campaign ExecutionDesign, execute, and monitor email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization.Track KPIs such as retention rate, repeat purchase rate, customer churn, and engagement metrics.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience.Provide customer insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or retention marketing.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar).Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.Good understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2 - 5 years of experience in a CRM or similar role, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG.Experience with email marketing, automation, and retention campaigns.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Competitive salaryApply at : careers@qurist.in
