We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager Alternate Channels to lead strategic partnerships with major pharmacy chains (e.g., Apollo, Wellness), e-pharmacies (Pharmeasy, 1mg, Netmeds), and other modern trade healthcare platforms.This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of account performance from onboarding to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and growth.End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete partner lifecycle onboarding, product listing, commercials, display planning, and sales tracking.Sales Execution: Achieve sales growth targets by ensuring stock availability, timely delivery, and efficient coordination with internal teams.Visibility & Merchandising: Drive both online and offline visibility through campaigns, shelf planning, and promotional activities.Business Planning & Analytics: Analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and create joint business plans to enhance revenue potential.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, finance, operations, and tech teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.Compliance & Documentation: Manage contracts, pricing, PO processing, and other account-related documentation accurately.Market Intelligence: Monitor category trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications & Experience3 -6 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, or Retail sectors.Minimum 1-2 years in Key Account Management or Modern Trade / E-commerce Channels.Prior experience handling large-format pharmacy chains or e-pharmacy platforms preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making.EducationBachelors Degree (Any discipline).MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
