The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and will work full-time from our office in Ellisbridge.Key Responsibilities:-Supervise daily operations**: Manage the day-to-day functions of the facility to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.-Maintain facility systems**: Oversee maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.-Manage vendor relationships**: Work with outside contractors and service providers to maintain services and negotiate contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.-Conduct regular inspections**: Perform routine checks of the facility to identify any potential issues or improvements needed, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.-Budget management**: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, tracking expenses and ensuring all activities stay within budget guidelines.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
