- no tele calling, no field work ,no sales work by sitting in office and coordination, follow up work

- maintain data in excel ,computer and filling work ,

- handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, process orders, invoices, and payments.

- interdepartmental coordination with production ,store, account and marketing team,follow up with suppliers

- manage inventory and office supplies.

- assist in preparing report and documents to manager

- handle basic customer queries

- strong proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint).
