Key Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation of AWB Execution(Master Air Way Bill and House Air Way Bill / both) Draft AWB (Master Air Way Bill and House Air Way Bill) to be prepared and sent to customer (no sign required, only pdf) Ensure to check the cargo weight & dimensions, and do amendment if any. After confirmation and authentication of DRAFT copy by customer/shipper, Prepare: AWB, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, Hazardous Material, Perishable, and any other documents required by the customer. Ensure no further amendments are made after confirmation of draft AWB by the customer. Make sure all data is fed rightly in the Airline portal; Online updating (E-AWB) Preparing Air way Bill stickers/ labels & declarations Carting order is done as per the requirement and add terminal charges if any. Send pre-alert documents to desired CS Team, Customer & Overseas Agents Ensure tracking of executed AWB & update it to Customer Service Ensure after Customs Clearance, Hand over to Airlines (Bunch) Copy of Shipping Bill, Bond Close, Air Way Bill and scanning documents well in advance, also, monitor handing over of cargo & documents should be updated in our CMS(Close Coordination with Customs Operations & Field Operations) Always check whether the shipments are scheduled as per the time Todays Clearance print copy to be given to the Manager and email the same to the listed members Ensure next day Amendment AWB copies are completed by 11am and provide the same to the data entry teamSkills Required: Air Export experience; Master Air Way Bill and House Air Way Bill knowledge English written and spoken Ability to generate creative solutions and problem-solving Very strong computer/tech skills (MS Office) Must be focused, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Ability to prioritize and organize workload
