1) Generate leads, turn them into fans through quality services and interaction.

2) Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide appropriate solutions.

3) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

4) Keep records of customer requirements, feedback, interaction, process customer accounts using Zoho CRM.

5) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.

6) Act as the link between our field force and customers
