Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesData Sourcing:Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, andGoogle Search and from offline networks of the decision-makers of events from the HR &Marketing departments of companies in the business of Smartphone, e-commerce, ITProduct, IT Services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance companies, Banks, Travel & Leisure, Apparelbrands, Airlines, Education institutes, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and realestate Maintain the database on the internal templates of the organizationSales Meetings:Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client. having effectivesales meetings in order to:Understanding the ecosystem of the client.Position dreamcraft as the best choice for the client.Generate requirements for MICE & events from the client.Sales Proposals:Create a proposal based on the client requirements.Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and prevent P&L.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals .Sales Conversion:Negotiate win-win deals.Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.Identify new business opportunities and market trends.Client Coordination:Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.Be the interface between the client and the operation team from contract tocompletion of the event.Team Management:Assign sales territories and set performance targets.Monitor team performance and provide feedback.Motivate and mentor team members to achieve sales goals.Train and manage the sales team.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.Present sales performance to management.
