We are looking for a Talent Operations and Quality Analyst who will be responsible for streamlining HR operations, supporting talent development, driving employee engagement, ensuring administrative excellence, and conducting quality audits across internal processes. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.Primary responsibilitiesTalent Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee data, attendance reports. Coordinate and track employee evaluations and probation reviewsLearning & Development: Coordinate training programs (internal systems, sales, product knowledge, compliance) Track training effectiveness and maintain development records Assist in creating training modules and conducting mock assessmentsEmployee Engagement: Plan and execute team-building activities, employee recognition, and engagement events Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Administrative Support: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination Maintain inventory of office supplies and company assetsMIS & Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards (hiring, training, engagement status) Maintain detailed and accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activitiesQuality Audit: Conduct internal audits on HR documentation, onboarding checklists, and training logs Ensure internal quality standards Recommend and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
