Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with statutory regulations. Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, salary components, reimbursements, and deductions. Ensure accurate calculation of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance. Handle full and final settlements of resigned employees. Prepare and share monthly payroll reports and MIS with management. Address employee queries related to salary, taxation, and deductions. Liaise with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll execution. Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 23 years of dedicated experience in payroll (not accounts).
