🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert inbound inquiries, outbound leads, and WhatsApp inquiries into cruise bookings.

• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel plans to recommend suitable cruise packages.

• Upsell premium cabins, suites, shore excursions, dining, and exclusive event packages.

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

• Handle post-sales queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Manage leads, customer records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY:

• -5 years of experience in B2C sales, luxury travel, hospitality, or high-ticket inside sales.

• Cruise industry experience will be a major advantage.

• Excellent English and regional language communication skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in professional WhatsApp communication.

• Comfortable working with CRM software and lead management tools.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts or weekends during peak holiday seasons.
