Delivery Executive - Mumbai

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Pickup & Delivery Executive to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will travel all across Mumbai. You will manage the collection and delivery of packages and documents across the city using Mumbai's local trains, metro lines, and BEST buses. We fully cover your travel expenses and provide daily lunch allowances.

Key Responsibilities

Commute & Deliver: Travel across Mumbai via local trains (Central, Western, and Harbour lines), Metro, and BEST buses to pick up and deliver lightweight parcels or documents.

Route Planning: Plan the fastest travel routes utilizing Mumbai's public transit network to ensure on-time service.

Package Safety: Handle items carefully during transit, especially during peak commute hours, to prevent any damage.

Proof of Delivery: Obtain customer signatures or digital proof of delivery using a smartphone application.

Payment Handling: Securely collect cash-on-delivery (COD) or verify digital payments when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass.

Transit Familiarity: Excellent knowledge of Mumbai's local train routes, switching stations (., Dadar, Kurla), and major metro lines.

Tech Savvy: Must own a working Android smartphone and be comfortable using maps and delivery apps.

Physical Fitness: Ability to walk short distances from transit stations to final delivery locations.

Communication: Ability to read basic English addresses and speak politely with customers in Hindi or Marathi.
