We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead critical HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both HR operations and talent acquisition, with a hands-on approach and an eye for process improvement. This role demands a professional who can work independently, manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, and support the companys growth through people-centric strategies.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and exits. Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute the recruitment process end-to-end. Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires. Facilitate employee engagement programs and grievance handling. Prepare HR MIS, attrition analysis, and manpower planning reports. Strong expertise in drafting KRAs and KPIs and conducting evaluation processes. Excellent knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS). Should be well-versed in preparing and implementing new HR policies. Ensure a positive and productive work environment aligned with the companys culture and values.Desired Candidate Profile: 810 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment and should be currently working in a managerial position. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law compliance, and employee relations. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (preferably in technical or midsize setups). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Must own a personal vehicle for commute. Must be residing in West Delhi or nearby areas (local candidates preferred).Education:Bachelor's or masters degree in human resources / business administration / or related field.( Full time and not through any open institute , should be from Regular college )
