roles & responsibilities
- managing end to end interview process from scheduling the interviews to delivery of the candidate
- assist candidates in understanding the organization's culture and values, helping them to align their preparation accordingly.
- share relevant background information about the company, position, and interviewers.
- ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the interview process.
- building relationship with the candidate
- maintaining interview dashboards/ trackers
- sharing timely feedback with the internal teams (talent acquisition team, client services team)
- follow-ups with interviewer panel for interview schedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
- reference gathering from the prospect candidates
- resume formatting and editing of the candidates
- monitoring of hires and operations
- continuously evaluate and refine the interview scheduling and coordination process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
- conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
- establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
- cooperating with and providing status to recruiting leadership, other recruiters, hr and sourcing regarding candidates
must have
- minimum qualification- graduate in any field
- excellent communication skills
- smart strong with articulation skills
- detail oriented
- hands on experience with ms word, excel, powerpoint
- hands-on experience with various interview formats (virtual/physical).
- technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the above-mentioned roles
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- possess excellent analytical skills
