The successful candidate will have a proven track record in efficiently managing high-volume recruitment processes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand blue-collar staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.Source and attract qualified candidates for various blue-collar positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, community outreach, and industry partnerships.Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Develop and maintain relationships with vocational training centers, community organizations, and other sources to build a strong pipeline of blue-collar talent.Implement creative and effective recruitment methods to reach and engage potential candidates.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, key metrics, and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring for blue-collar positions (2-4 years).Knowledge of blue-collar industries and an understanding of the specific skills required for various roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
