Coordinating with maintenance staff or external service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.- Collaborate closely with sales & property management teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Resolve buyers complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and foster long-term loyalty.- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in customer relations or client management or after sale service within the real-estate industry.
