Job Title: Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Description:A Telemarketing Executive makes calls to promote our products and services, generate leads, and build customer relationshipsall through effective communication over the phone.Roles & Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers using provided leads. Introduce and explain company products or services.Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Provide clear information and answer questions.Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify and qualify new leads. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.Record Keeping: Document call details and update customer information in the CRM system. Report call results and progress to the team.Target Achievement: Work towards daily and weekly call targets. Aim to convert calls into potential sales opportunities.Skills & Requirements:Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and proactive.Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus (freshers are welcome).
