Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders. Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Actively seek opportunities for professional development and certifications. Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in project management methodologies. Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in Navision to Business Central upgrades is a significant advantage. Familiarity with North American business practices and regulations is beneficial.
