Job Description:
A Telemarketing Executive makes calls to promote our products and services, generate leads, and build customer relationships€”all through effective communication over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
€¢ Make calls to potential customers using provided leads.
€¢ Introduce and explain company products or services.
Customer Engagement:
€¢ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
€¢ Provide clear information and answer questions.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
€¢ Identify and qualify new leads.
€¢ Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
Record Keeping:
€¢ Document call details and update customer information in the CRM system.
€¢ Report call results and progress to the team.
Target Achievement:
€¢ Work towards daily and weekly call targets.
€¢ Aim to convert calls into potential sales opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus (freshers are welcome).
