provide clear information and answer questions.
lead generation & follow-up:
identify and qualify new leads.
schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
record keeping:
document call details and update customer information in the crm system.
report call results and progress to the team.
target achievement:
work towards daily and weekly call targets.
aim to convert calls into potential sales opportunities.
skills & requirements:
strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
basic computer knowledge and familiarity with crm tools.
positive attitude, goal-oriented, and proactive.
prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus (freshers are welcome).
