Iconic Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the face of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk OperationsGreet and assist members and visitors with inquiries.Handle check-ins, registrations, and membership renewals.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Customer Service & SupportAddress customer queries regarding gym facilities, memberships, and schedules.Provide information about promotions and offers.Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.Administrative TasksManage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.Maintain attendance records and update membership databases.Process payments and issue invoices/receipts.Coordination & CommunicationAssist in organizing fitness programs and special events.Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations.Keep track of inventory (towels, drinks, merchandise, etc.).Qualifications & Skills:Education: Any degree or diploma in Hospitality/Administration is a plus.Experience: 1+ years in customer service, reception, or hospitality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office and gym management software is preferred.Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resumes to sastha@iconicfitnessindia.com or contact 9080756050.
