Collaboration Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC), and IT support. Client Handling Skills Strong ability to engage with clients, explain technical services, and maintain professional relationships. MS Office Proficiency Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for administrative work. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in client interaction, IT support, or digital marketing. Multitasking & Problem-Solving Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
