We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience to oversee construction projects in Delhi, India. Coordinate with various teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues that arise.1. Project Quantity Surveying: QS & Estimation , Billing ,Planning , Tendering , Contracts , Cost Control Budgeting2. **Quality Assurance:** Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback as necessary.3. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and guide onsite workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Promote a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among all team members.4. **Resource Management:** Organize and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to efficiently support construction activities. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.5. **Safety Compliance:** Uphold safety regulations and standards on site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all staff adhere to safe work practices.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
