Executive Advisor -Talent Acquisition & People Management

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Management Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Connaught Place. The ideal candidate should have 20 to 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and people management, along with a professional degree related to human resources or organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy Development: Create effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet organizational needs. This involves analyzing market trends and identifying the skills required for each role.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to find and engage potential candidates across various platforms. This includes social media, job boards, and networking.

- Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.

- Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.

- Performance Management Guidance: Provide guidance on performance management practices, helping managers to effectively evaluate and support employee development.

- Employee Relations Support: Address employee concerns and mediate any conflicts to foster a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and candidates.
