We are seeking an experienced Manager to be a part of our Institutional Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, maintaining existing relationships with institutional clients & should have a strong technical background in ion exchange resins and should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.Develop & manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our ion exchange resins.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.Requirements: B. Sc / M.
