🚨 WE'RE HIRING | TEAM LEADER - COLLECTIONS (LOAN RECOVERY)

Fairdebt Solutions Private Limited is hiring an experienced Team Leader - Collections to join our team in Noida.

📍 Location: Sector 3, Noida

💼 Employment: Full-time | Work from Office

👤 Experience: 2-3 years in Tele-Collections / Loan Recovery

💰 Salary: Competitive Fixed Salary + Monthly Performance-Based KPI/Incentives

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15-25 Tele-Collection Executives

• Drive daily/monthly recovery targets

• Monitor call volumes, login hours and team productivity

• Track PTP (Promise-to-Pay) and recovery performance

• Conduct call audits, barge-ins and daily team huddles

• Handle escalated borrower calls and settlement-related processes

• Prepare agent-wise performance and recovery reports in MS Excel

• Ensure ethical and compliant collection practices

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ 2-3 years of experience in Tele-Collections / Loan Recovery

✅ 1+ year experience as Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader preferred

✅ Experience with Fintech, NBFC, digital lending or collection agencies preferred

✅ Knowledge of collection buckets, PTP and settlement workflows

✅ Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and collection dialers

✅ Hindi & English fluency required; regional language is an advantage

✅ 12th Pass / Graduate candidates with relevant experience can apply
