Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Sector 153. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create effective sales plans to grow the customer base and meet sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.

- **Lead the Sales Team:** Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team performs at its best.

- **Build Customer Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. This involves regular communication and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

- **Monitor Sales Performance:** Track and analyze sales metrics and performance against targets. Use this data to improve strategies and ensure the sales team is meeting its goals.

- **Collaborate with Other Departments:** Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. A proven track record in sales and experience leading a team is essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. A good understanding of sales tools and techniques, along with an analytical mindset, will be highly valued.
