We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Sector 153. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create effective sales plans to grow the customer base and meet sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
- **Lead the Sales Team:** Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team performs at its best.
