We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience to oversee construction projects in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of site operations, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues that arise.

1. Project Quantity Surveying: QS & Estimation , Billing ,Planning , Tendering , Contracts , Cost Control Budgeting

2. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback as necessary.

3. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide onsite workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Promote a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among all team members.

4. Resource Management: Organize and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to efficiently support construction activities. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

5. Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations and standards on site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all staff adhere to safe work practices.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and quality assurance is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
