Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.Training branch managers in effective sales, collection and supervisory techniques.Creating and communicating sales and collection targets at regular intervals.Monitoring sales across branches to check that targets are met.Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across branches, if required.Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and for branches in support of management objectives.Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.Setting and implementing performance standards across all branches.Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.Collaborating with Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Traveling to branches to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.Informing your Superior of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
