Job Position: HR Team LeaderLocation: Goregaon WestExperience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years of team handling experience)Age: 28 - 32 yearsSalary: 40,000 - 45,000 per monthIndustry Preference: Non-IT (not from BPO or blue-collared recruitment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5 - 10 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.- Work extensively on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and recruitment activities.- Act as the primary point of contact for client management understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).- Achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.- Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.Requirements:-Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years of team handling experience.- Must have managed a team of 5 - 10 recruiters.- Strong experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.- Proven track record in client management and working on strict targets.- Experience in Non-IT recruitment (not from BPO or blue-collared hiring).- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to balance team leadership and individual contribution.
