Key responsibilities:1. **Human Resource Management**: Managing and overseeing the overall HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.2. **Payroll Processing**: Handling end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursement and compliance with statutory regulations.3. **Statutory Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to mitigate legal risks.4. **Talent Sourcing and Acquisition**: Identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the recruitment process.5. **Employee Engagement**: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.6. **Attendance Management**: Monitoring and managing employee attendance records, leaves, and timesheets accurately.7. **Corporate HR**: Collaborating with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals.8. **HR Manual and Policies**: Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure consistency and compliance.Required skills and expectations:- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A or B.Com, or a Post Graduate Diploma/M.B.A/PGDM in Human Resources.- 3-6 years of experience in HR generalist roles with expertise in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
