Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Conduct new employee inductions and onboarding formalities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and support resolution in a timely manner.

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement activities.

Conduct and document exit interviews and share feedback with the management.

Payroll & HR Operations

Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate records of salary revisions, bonuses, deductions, etc.

Coordinate Full & Final (F&F) settlements, including issuance of relieving letters and liaising with the accounts team.

Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records.

Maintain and update employee master data and personal files.

Performance Management & Compliance

Maintain HR calender for annual performance review activities

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labour regulations.

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and best practices.

General HR Support

Provide guidance on HR-related queries including leaves, compensation, and internal policies.

Ensure continuous improvement in HR practices and contribute to organizational goals.

Admin

IT Hardware lists maintained an quarterly basis

Travel support for top management

Coordinating with 3rd party agents/online portal
