Key ResponsibilitiesA Generalists day can vary wildly, but these are the Core Four pillars of the job:1. Talent Acquisition & OnboardingManaging the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening resumes, and interviewing).Designing and leading the Onboarding Program to ensure new hires feel welcome and productive from Day 1.2. Employee Relations & CultureActing as a neutral mediator to resolve workplace conflicts or grievances.Organizing engagement activities (team building, wellness programs, and surveys) to maintain high morale.3. Operations & ComplianceManaging HRIS (HR Information Systems) to keep employee records accurate and confidential.Ensuring the company stays compliant with local, state, and federal labor laws (e.g., PF, ESI, or Gratuity in India).Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration (health insurance, leaves, etc.).4. Performance & DevelopmentSupporting managers during the annual performance review cycle.Identifying skill gaps in the team and coordinating training sessions or workshops.
