We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure we attract top talent.- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed, trained, and integrated smoothly into the team.- **Performance Management:** Support the implementation of performance management processes, help set goals, and assist in conducting performance reviews.- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly.- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- **HR Administration:** Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is essential for managing administrative tasks. A good understanding of labor laws and regulations is also important. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality and ethics in handling sensitive information. Additionally, a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team are crucial for this role.
