• handle employee induction and onboarding.
• distribute joining kits to newly hired employees.
• maintain and update employee records with relevant details.
hr operations & compliance:
• track and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
• approve leaves as per company workflow.
• complete exit formalities, including experience certificates and relieving letters.
• maintain employee files with all necessary documentation.
performance management & training:
• keep track of employee performance.
• develop training and performance management programs.
• ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
workplace culture & employee engagement:
• manage and enhance organizational culture.
• create a safe and inclusive work environment.
• oversee benefits and compensation programs.
• handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
