�� Manage attendance, leave & payroll inputs

�� Handle blue-collar recruitment & onboarding

�� Maintain PF, ESIC, Factory Act compliance

�� Prepare statutory records & face audits

�� Address grievances & maintain healthy IR

�� Plan welfare & engagement activities

🔹 Requirements:

�� Experience in factory HR & labour compliance

�� Knowledge of labour laws & IR

�� Good people management skills
