- Manage attendance, leave & payroll inputs

- Handle blue-collar recruitment & onboarding

- Maintain PF, ESIC, Factory Act compliance

- Prepare statutory records & face audits

- Address grievances & maintain healthy IR

- Plan welfare & engagement activities

🔹 Requirements:

- Experience in factory HR & labour compliance

- Knowledge of labour laws & IR

- Good people management skills
