We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Varanasi. You will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the process runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:1. **Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing**: Post job openings on various platforms and actively search for potential candidates through online databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.2. **Screening Resumes**: Review resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. Communicate with candidates to gather additional information and ensure a good fit for the role.3. **Coordinating Interviews**: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide all necessary details to both parties to ensure a seamless interview process.4. **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of applicants and recruiting activities in databases. Track candidate progress and maintain reports for internal use.5. **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. Provide updates and feedback promptly to ensure a positive candidate experience.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a graduate degree and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting with candidates and team members. You should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
