2. **Screening Resumes**: Review resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. Communicate with candidates to gather additional information and ensure a good fit for the role.
3. **Coordinating Interviews**: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide all necessary details to both parties to ensure a seamless interview process.
4. **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of applicants and recruiting activities in databases. Track candidate progress and maintain reports for internal use.
5. **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. Provide updates and feedback promptly to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a graduate degree and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
